DaMon McGuire, Christopher Witfield and two unnamed juveniles were arrested for their alleged roles in the burglaries. They are members of a new criminal street gang called Hard on Hoes, or HOH, according to police. HOH members are suspected in more than 50 residential, daytime burglaries in the southeast part of the city.
