SALEM, Ore. -- An 87-year-old man has been found at a restaurant in Oregon after Bakersfield police reported him missing.
Osborne "Ozzy" Louis Johnson boarded a Greyhound bus in Bakersfield on Wednesday and headed to Salem, Ore. He was en route to Salem from Kingman, Ariz., and had stopped in Bakersfield to visit his sister, according to Oregon State Police. Johnson didn't get off the bus Thursday in Salem like he was supposed to, and the multiagency search was on. Oregon State Police got a tip Friday morning about a confused elderly man who matched Johnson's description. Following up on the tip, police found Johnson at a Salem-area Subway restaurant. |
