Man faces murder rap for party beating
Police have made an arrest in the beating death of a man over the weekend. Blayne Allen Clifford, 19, was booked into Kern County Jail Monday. Patrick Matsuda, 40, was beaten to death early Sunday in southwest Bakersfield.
