2nd suspect named in buried body case

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Police announced a second suspect Monday night in the murder case uncovered last week when human remains were dug up at two residences.
A Ramey warrant has been issued for the arrest of 27-year-old Argelio Salinas for the unlawful disposal of a human body, conspiracy to commit a crime and for being an accessory.
Frank Valles was arrested on suspicion of murder. Documents filed with the court revealed that the alleged murder of Alphonso John Hyde came to light because Valles' wife suspected he was cheating on her. She put a recording device in their kitchen, and instead of gathering evidence of infidelity, the device captured Valles asking another man, Pablo Medrano, to help him move Hyde's buried remains.
Valles is jailed and accused of murder for financial gain. He's due in court again later this week.
Salinas is described as 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police Sgt. Joe Grubbs said investigators talked to witnesses who reported Salinas was seen in the backyard of one of the homes were Hyde's remains were found. Salinas appeared to be helping with the burial, and based on that information, detectives developed information that led to the warrant for Salinas' arrest.
Arrest documents state Valles offered the other man, Medrano, $1,000 to help move the body.

My kid tellin' Me bad thing's were happening to Her,, Believe You Me! So I take her,,,, this torn 7 pup old, take her with me to keep her from thing's untold! Had Dad's stuff delivered North. My Grandmother scared & with malice she set forth. Then dear Great Grandmah with Her sick sense of motherhood; & stole away my child from the school & neighborhood. Just for an Hour to a 10 minute store,, Next came the cops bustin' down the door! Blamin' Me for? What My Grandmother's Cousin did the CPS Turned around To get a conviction cause He wasn't even to be found so My daughter want's What ever to go back to Granny,,, free & loose! There never was any abuse!! Just a 7 year old not knowin' what,, maybe too much! I never did give Her that Touch!. But they told her You Say This, that & This & You can go home with granny "You Know enough"! She Did I Guess & those boxes had porn ...just the regular stuff. But they made Me look Mean,Bad & really Tuff! The Jury said look he' got long hair & a Jew last name & Smokes Pot? He must be.?. White was the town Game!! & I Was NOT! So they actually took a few,..... But eventually they all agreed they were hungry & tired too. SO git a rope & be done with this piece of Indian Jew! I gott's horses tah feed are We done Here ? Were thru! Now All these Years later through literature & such I bring You My story....Not a crutch!
