Arrests made in Tehachapi Depot fire

New information on the fire that destroyed the historic Tehachapi Depot.
The Depot went up in flames last month causing a million dollars in damage. Early in their investigation, arson investigators discovered fireworks were responsible for the fire. 29 Eyewitness News has learned criminal charges were filed against two suspects Wednesday. According to the Tehachapi Police, 32 year old Jason Watson and 36 year old Brian O'Donnell surrendered themselves at the East Kern Superior Court in Mojave Thursday for arraignment. They are both facing charges of unlawfully causing a fire of a structure and possession of illegal fireworks. |
