BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Two of three former California State University, Bakersfield students accused of hazing were arraigned Monday in Kern County court.

Ryan Nichols and Philemon Norris allegedly abused four CSUB students in April during initiation to Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. A third suspect, Deandre Horn, is set for arraignment Friday.

The fraternity not sanctioned by CSUB, but members were actively recruiting students, Bakersfield police said last May.
