CNN Money is out with this year's list of the best jobs in America, and a number of them are in the medical and tech fields.

Job picks were based on growth, pay and satisfaction.

The top job is biomedical engineer. It pays up to $87,000, with a 10-year job growth of nearly 62 percent.

Clinical nurse specialist came in at No. 2, followed by software architect, surgeon and management consultant.

High-tech jobs made up six of the top 25 jobs.
