BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A man who appeared to be a transient stabbed another man Tuesday morning at Planz Park, according to police.

The suspect, reportedly named "Pete," approached the man and an argument followed. Pete allegedly stabbed the man, whose name was withheld, three times in the back.

The injuries weren't considered life-threatening, police said.
