BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Police are looking for a person suspected of multiple business robberies, and a reward of as much as $5,000 is being offered for information from the public that can be used to locate, arrest and prosecute the robber.

The latest: Friday at Metro PCS, 700 E. California Ave. The robber was armed with a gun, police said.

Police said Friday's robbery is possibly related to three previous robberies:

  • June 21 - The Grainery, 400 S. Union Ave.
  • June 24 - Metro PCS, 1030 Chester Ave.
  • July 2 - Metro PCS, 6300 White Lane


The robber was armed with a gun during each incident, police said.

The robbery suspect and his car are seen in surveillance photos released by police. The suspect is described as an Asian or Hispanic male in his late teens or early 20s, 5-foot-8 with a slim build. Friday, he wore a baseball cap and gray hooded sweatshirt.
